Just a reminder for the seasoned zomboid veteran - it doesn't matter where your weapon or legs hit downed zombies it only matters where you are standing. So just stand on top of their head and hit the pavement - the most effective way.
I actually did the milk challenge by accident once. My dad offered me a slice of a jalapeño, took a huge chomp outta it. Heavily regretted it. Drank a ton of milk to ease the burn, my stomach started to hurt so I went to the bathroom and while sitting on the toilet I projectile vomited almost an entire gallon of milk… fun times.

One of my favourite things about this game is how you can get it to slowly ramp up. Like on day one you can outwalk zombies and don't have to worry that much about disease and such, but two-three weeks later and you have to run from the zombies and carefully manage what you've built up and slowly but surely you'll be driven out of home after home until they finally get you.
It's for realism, I have it on my Zomboid server. My favorite moment in PZ was when I was cowering in a trailer after just narrowly avoiding dozens of zombies I forgot you need to crap, and my dude duked his pants loud enough to attract the horde. They immediately tore through the windows and ate me alive.

Funnily enough I also had a character with both schizophrenia and the fearful trait, and in a weird turn of events that was like my second best character in terms of kills
I was playing dayz while watching this and the schizophrenia mod plays the days cannibal sounds and it tricked me over and over again into thinking that someone had fed me human meat without me knowing in dayz. 10/10 would almost kill my dayz character 3 times in a row again.
Noted, add these mods to my friend's playthrough XD Also should mention, injuring your foot in this game and not having it heal is a immediate game ender if you leave in such a state.
