Need more of this in my life - for a city dweller this is what I need for real. Being in nature is good for the mind, body and soul and watching this made it come close to a reality
It’s amazing how human mind unwinds when we are surrounded by nature. We try so hard to take control over stress and the solution is so simple...and yet it’s almost impossible to achieve for some.
Stress is the tension between what you want to happen, and what is happening, it's impossible to be stressed,if what you want to happen is happening, the answer to stress,is very simple, make what you want to happen happen, and if you cannot do that, whatever is causing the stress, needs to be recognised, reduced and abandoned asap.xx

I enjoy the “Atmosphere” app on my phone which lets you layer several sounds to create your own looping soundscape, including a lot of different nature profiles! (And a timer function if you want it to taper off once you’ve fallen asleep.) A favourite combo of mine is Rain on Tent/Campfire/Beach Waves/Owl Hoots to re-create the sounds of my childhood summer vacations, hahaha.

I think these could be people who are unable to go out. Or have recently discovered a life threatening disease. People who are deaf to the soothing sounds of nature and blind to its healing beautiful. They deserve our sympathy.

Before the Enclosures Act in England, people had access to all this on a daily basis for real.
Then the landed gentry (with government backing) threw us off and now we have to rely on "visiting" it as a special event and watching it on TV, or from a footpath half a mile away.
We need a land access policy similar to that in Scotland where the healing power of nature is directly available to everyone. Close up and "real" where it can benefit people even more than this (excellent) video.
We need land reform. Real, live nature is part of all of us, not just a privileged few.
