hello i booked with thompson im going july 4th this year i understand its rainy season but will i see any sun at all . and how often does it rain ?

Thanks for getting in touch. Questions like this should be answered at the time of your booking for sure! This can be the problem with booking with agents that have little experience in the country. But no problem we are here to help! Travelling in July is actually very popular as it's the summer travel months for Europe and the US. The weather is actually very nice from May to August here. These are tranisition months and rain is very sporadic and limited to the afternoon with plenty of sunshine in the morning. Two weeks towards the end of July you might see extremly hit sunny weather which is a phenomenon known as San Juan's summer. So you might get lucky here. Either way expect plenty of sunshine on the north coast and hope for a few showers in the afternoon so you can see more wildlife!

Yea we had audio issues when recording and only found out after the fact. Listening with good Stereo speakers should help!

Hey Mia, sosrry about that! This video had an audio issue we discovered too late for any users listening in mono - I.e. phones or single speakers.. If you have stereo speakers or headphones it should solve the issue!
Bring everything and the kitchen sink. Its not like they have stores in Costa Rica!

Hey Rosie, Thanks for getting gin touch with us. You do not need a Visa coming from the Philippines. Just a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. You will be able to enter for at least 30 days and you will need proof of departure upon arrival. I hope this helps!
