This was great.I read about the Power of Three about five years ago, however, only now have a team engaged in the idea, and I think calling it the Three Amigos is one of the reason for that.
this was great. could you also make a video on how the sprint planning goes. there are a lot of definitions but it would be great to see how it is actually done in a real time project for us freshers.

Absolutely! Traditionally it may have been a dev lead, but it doesn't have to be limited to them. The more communication/perspectives, the better. ☺
