Sea Monsters is a Water & Colorless deck that features many cards with low Retreat Cost as well as low HP. It will have to balance its type advantage against Fire-types with its type disadvantage against Lightning-type Pokémon in Eevee & Friends. Articuno & Persian do not have Lightning Weakness!
