I bought this same classic in 1999 and mounted a 9.8 2 stroke Tohatsu on it w/a Bob's Machine shop manual jack plate. Built a trolling motor base for my Rip Tide 55 salt water remote motor/also used the same trolling motor on my 19' NauticStar Bay Boat (2 mounting brackets from MinnKota). Sharkeyes nav lights and fold up anchor light, converted center storage into battery box and live well w/a recirculating air/water pump , mounted my 4 gang switchbox and fuse control on aft facing center storage battery livewell on left side for easy access to battery, did not know how to get power lines down rubrail so I ran power to trolling motor plug and lights in front under front deck down center line to center to switches and rear light under rear seat up centerline to switches and secured them to floor w/duct tape and covered them w/ pieces of astro turf, just replaced my swivel seat w/a new Millenial seat, and got a poling platform from Gheenoe to finish it off. runs like a champ, took about 2 hrs to dial in the jack plate for best performance and it I lift the motor up for shallow running using half position on it can run in less than a ft of water. I like your LED light setup, will probably incorporate them in my next upgrade once I finish building my new house now on Lake Eufaula, Ala. Enjoyed you videos on this.
How did you install the led lights inside the gheenoe? The blue lights. How did you install the wiring too the four strips that you had to the battery then to the switch panel?
