- Things are coming together!!!! Now that we have the trackhawk back at the house, we are moving right along to the next part of the process. Their is a good bit of bodywork needed on this trackhawk. However this should be a breeze for us. As soon as we knock this stuff out we are onto paintwork! This is going to be one epic build and we cant wait to see how it turns out. Thanks For Watching!!!

As a son that grew up working on vehicles with my father who just recently passed and being a father myself I know I would be proud of my boys. Heck I dont even know there's young men they seem to be the same age as me and im proud of them myself

Filler on the welds, 90% of shops don’t do that, shows you guys care about the finish, great work👍
the welds give the seals something to bite on to, there's no real point in filling them.

When you first got the Trackhawk I thought, this thing looks bad. Then, you took it apart, and I thought, this thing looks very bad. Then you had it on the frame straightener and I thought, OMG, this is Humpty Dumpty. Now you sand and prime welds a I'm thinking, this is going to be good!

This reminded me of back in the day when i was doing this stage of work on cars, whenever there was a panel changed out and the area where spot welds were visible like on a truck bed inside edge. This was before pannel bond also, but i would grind all the welds down and do a skim coat just like they did here except i would take a Bic pen the original white one and press it in the putty when it was still wet. Sand down whatever chunks ans seal it, base it, clear it and it looked exactly like factory spot welds!! The end of the pen opposite the side you write with if that was not clear. LoL worked really dang good!!

If they had a spot welder they would have had to do the extra work and would like oem but they can be expensive so that's why they did
Dad to the RESCUE with the ice cream !!! It was always Grandma with the cooler full of TEA so cold , almost too cold, but when your hot and dry in the field it's GREAT. Now they're all gone but memories last forever, just be greatfull that you have DAD around.

There is something that may promote your brand. If you were to promote other mechanics through out the country that is willing to travel to you. Welders such as Crown Welding of Columbus, Ohio., Fabricators and the such to premier on your channel. Not to take away from V-Tunes - the man is amazing. However, you did utilize his space for over a week. To relieve that pressure is the reason why I suggest these guest spots. Not only will your fan base fall more in love with you, your guests' fan base will subscribe to your channel as well. I happen to know you guys are very diligent in creating more diverse content which is why this brain storm can help everyone.

Hey guys, im a bodywork and paint professional and to my knowledge 320 grit sandpaper is way to course for paint prep, even to course for primer, I usually use 600 to 1200 grit wet sandpaper for that to get those scratches as small as possible but still be able to have good paint adhesion. Yes I know that is a lot of work to get down to 1200 grit, but it's way worth it... just keep going guys

I truly don’t get the fascination with sticking a piece of carbon fiber over an existing piece of trim. Maybe I’m just showing my age but I don’t understand the need to black out trim, add carbon fiber this or that, or ruin the look of something that the factory nailed the first time around. Just waiting for that mustang to get it’s train horn.
