Sounds like Hawkwind fused with Gong and 70's Here & Now! Brilliant Track!

I'm so glad I accidentally found this, the music is phenomenal! And I like his voice, too. Reminds me a little bit of Ozzy.

    *Lyrics:*
Careless speeds of light to nowhere
Pass so near no room to grow there
    Multiplying moonstruck rabid zoo
    No direction weavers waver
    Asking darkness for a favor
Earthless black cat showing signs so true
All the blind sight dims the white light
    Fire blood raven screams
    Spreading influence through waking dreams
The world spins out of tune
And there's nothing we can do
    To save her now
    Blindly follow twisted tales
    It seems forever without fail
Cat's paws mind their fairy stories dear
    Leaders lead to cemeteries
    Living through apothecaries
    Hear the ringing
    Swan song drawing near
All the blind sight kills the white light
    Fire blood raven screams
    Spreading influence through waking dreams
The world spins out of tune
And there's nothing we can do
    To save her now
    Take my place
    In the human race
    Lead me from here
The weirding of the wicked world
    Electric eyes
    Have you seen what lies
    Lead me from here
The weirding of the wicked world

Ya, and around 1.30 it really sounds like inspiration from Crimson's song "Cirkus". The inspiration is really intricate! These guys are masters. Much different from this, but still sharing similar inspirations is a band called "Bubblemath". Check them out. They've only released one album (Such Fine Particles of the Universe) and while every song on it is great, the one that immediately had me sold on the sound was the song "Be Together".

This song is next to Pink Floyd's and King Crimson's songs in my playlist. This must mean something.

The album cover is totally reminiscent of some of the Yes record sleeves. These guys really take the ball that older prog started rolling and are keeping it goin! (whoever said this is like "In the Wake of Poseidon" nailed it)

God exists without being physically real, much in the same way that inspiration has no physical composition, but is that which is gathered by an individual through perception. A person who is inspired and participates in creative action is an intelligent and conscious creator. During this conscious creation, it is possible to perceive God simply by perceiving your own process.

I'm trying to spread this exact message nowadays. people be thinking God is a dude with opinions not realizing it's an ever-changing shapeless movement of sorts that exists in all and non-creation.

A mí me suenan como una mezcla de Ozzy Osbourne (el vocalista es fan, sin duda) y Pink Floyd. Se siente la influencia de Circus, de KC, pero también de Echoes.

Nah. If we look to the Abrahamic belief, as it extends through Jacob, God gave mankind the means by which they could freely employ their capacity to create. Mankind, however, being tainted by sinful and cursed flesh produced things which glorified sinfulness. I don't know if this is glorifying bad or good or if it has to be either one at the moment, but Astra is a solid outfit and a refreshing band in an industry of homogenization.

Especially since, if you look at the lyrics, this song has absolutely nothing to do with God. Very likely the opposite since.

Sorry but the beauty of this song only reinforces my belief that there is no god.
God is a selfish being, he would not let us have anything this good.
