After 8 years, i have finally found this song again. My brother loved this song, and was listening to it on repeat, and i was in his room listening to it too. In 2005 my whole school (at the time) sang this song to the school's choir instructor, i forgot her name but i still remember her short greyish-blonde hair-do and chubby old lady face (she'd only been with the school for a couple of months). I did a flower reading yesterday! The white petals were unpeeling like the soul opening up learning new things every day and the broken petals were like leaving the past behind! I love listening to this when I feel unloved and unwanted! It really does gives me hope in reverence and self reflection

This was my grandmother’s favorite song. 69 years ago on this day she was born and 3 years ago she passed away. Happy birthday Mary Lou Spradlin-Abusaoud and thank you for always being there for me like a grandmother does. Even though you weren’t my real grandma you felt like one. I will never forget waking up and smelling the freshly brewed tea with cinnamon sticks or chocolate chip cookies with the ocean’s salt water air in the background. I will never forget you. Your wings were ready but my heart wasn’t I hope you Rest In Peace forever and ever, Amen.
