It literally takes 5 minutes to learn. There are technically only 4 different moving styles of pawns.
Dude trust me I am right there with you, I even understand chess I know how to play the game, but I learned it when I was like 13 or 14 but never played much, so I also don't know the shit they are doing here, I can't keep up with their brain tactics even knowing how the gane works lol.

I'm not good at chess so my opinion doesn't really matter, but I think you played pretty well. Your understanding of chess seems to be sooo much better than in the beginning. There are still some blunders which can be avoided easily but that can still happen to GMs so yea that's relatable
