    Thanks for the video, I've got my prmc coming up and I've bought your book which is great. However I'm a bit confused about gainers. Do i do just them or do i continue to do press ups in usual circuit aswell?

    Can you have a day throughout the week (say 1 day before your rest day) where you just bang out high rep sets, do you think that would help?

    So start the process on the max reps you can do until you can't do any more so say I can do 44 pressups to bleeps but I can keep going until about 50-60 with just going straight until I can do no more - So should I start on around sets of 20 or sets of 25? Thanks

    I'm currently training for the marines and I'm currently doing this for my push ups and pull ups is there any more advice for me aswell as this that you can give me ?

    can you do gainers on top of other daily training such as circuits, hiit, and cardio?

      You could, but don't overtrain. Ensure enough rest when you need it. Cardio would be fine, but circuits and gainers might see your training go backwards as you aren't allowing enough rest.

    So for those 1 minute session do you space them though out the day or do them a few minutes after each outher?
