Good cook Eric! Makes me wanna get a rotisserie attachment for my gas grill!
Everyone should taste Chorizo stuffed ( whole) chicken wings with hot sauce at least one. It tastes incredible.
I want one of those grills!!❤❤❤
I cook my wings hot & fast on my Weber Smokey Mountain. Think I’ll order some spices from PS. Thanks for the information.
P.S. you’ve inspired me to get into sausage making.
Back in 92 I worked at Kenny Rogers’s chicken restaurant. Once I get to my new farm I’m gonnna try n remember how we did it back then!!
Thanks Eric, I love see this grill in action. My father has one of those... actually 90% of houses in Brazil, have one. They are great for Picanha too. Great cook again, thanks for share.
I like to smoke mine on my pellet smoker until done then crank up the heat to crisp the up.
I make a shao kao cumin lamb seasoning on chicken wings, I swear the stuff will make an old boot taste good.
Never tried wings on a rotisserie...yet.
Edit: those look amazing!!!
Mind sharing your recipe? It sounds great!
I have made rotisserie grilled wings, but I have a large flat basket for my Weber Summit S670 with the rotisserie IR burner. Comes out great though as the juices self baste as the chicken turns. It also does a great job on regular whole chickens or beef roasts using the skewer attachment. I keep a large disposable foil pan for a drip tray and just line the top with some HD foil and let it droop down a little to form a bowl. That way I can strip out the foil after the cook and keep reusing the "disposable" pan for a drip pan again. I've been moving the disposable pan back and forth between my smokers this way for a while. Be frugal and make it last (but I would not use it for food cooking in the pan of course - drip pan only).
I would leave a space between each wing next time so you can get even seasoning/ cooking/coloring all around each one.
Saludos y bendiciones Eric
Can you do a whole rostisserie chiken on the grill?
can I get that apron
This is one of my favorite channels
..that being said, dude..PLEASE, turn your mic down or take it off when you're sampling the product.
The mic is picking up every sound when your eating. It's so irritating and unappetizing.
Respective, of course.
🤣🤣. No problem
