Would you be able/willing to do a video on the proper operation of the Core bike? I just ordered mine and it should be here next week. I'm excited about it, but I've never used an e bike before. It would be awesome to have a video on how to use it properly.
Thank you for trusting actbest, don’t worry, you can operate according to the manual, it is recommended that you start riding in the first gear or the second gear, and start riding at the minimum speed. Core is very light and can be easily ridden without electricity

Installing this bike was a lot more trouble than I thought. Instructions were horrible this video didn’t help either. My bike came with some things uninstalled that the bike in the video had installed so I had to learn how to install them. Such a mess.
Same experience. I’m having an awful time putting it together. Did you figure out how to attach the floating handle bars to the bike? The bar doesn’t fit into the hole and I’m not sure what to do
@@Am-jr4xn Omg I literally had to disassemble and reassemble the handlebars. Not sure if you still need help but if your handlebar pole has a rounded end like mine did then you need to cut it off. It’s a cap. Once you take that off it’ll be 2 parts held together by a screw at the bottom. The black pole and a grey textured block. Just turn the screw until the black pole is shorter than the grey block. It should fit into the bike by then😮💨 Make sure you tighten the screw in the center of the pole as well to keep it in place (it’s located in the hole). Then unscrew the 4 screws on the front of the pole, place the handlebar, and tighten the 4 screws (you can skip this if the handlebar and pole came already attached) I hope that’s not confusing
I bought 2 actbest ebikes on Amazon, and when I got it all unboxed there was a big scratch and dent under all the foam like it came that way from the factory. Seems like a pretty good value for the money, but still frustrating when it’s damaged even before you put it together.
got mine in put it together , charged the batteries till the light turn green put it on the bike if i push the power button on the batterie it turns blue but does not stay on and the led display does not turn on the wire are hook up it says to push and hold the m button to turn it on it,s not happening what do i do ?
@@jasonbliss3771 the max speed of this bike is 22MPH, It could not be unlocked. Sorry for this. You could see the other ebike of our brand could rich to 25/28/32 MPH.

There are videos on UA-cam for this (here's one: ua-cam.com/video/V3uCGRAWG2M/v-deo.html). What you want to do is loosen the bolts holding the disc brake (the ones facing back to front parallel to the bike- one on top and one below - not the ones facing towards the fork left to right). Then grip the front brake handle and while holding the brake re-tighten the two bolts. You may need to do this more than once (but shouldn't have to do it too many times - I did it only twice) and this will adjust the brake to the disc and eliminate the rubbing. Easy fix, just did it myself.
Why would someone use a black bike frame for the instructions? Nothing is contrasted! I can’t tell what I’m doing! Why aren’t there slow, clear, verbal instructions along with bike parts you can tell apart from the frame so people can see how to put the bike together? Whose idea was this video and why wasn’t it shown to more people for input before posting it? Fail fail fail
Either it’s missing a piece or your bikes are shit, but putting on the handlebars together is not easy anymore doesn’t even fit into the hole of the bike

mine came with a mangled rear fender.
I’ve ordered two bikes from them and both have had extreme issues. One has now been “replaced” however they sent a different model without telling me.

Good luck finding a battery that doesn't cost as much as the bike itself. Battery is 350$ in their website. Bike is 400. Keep that in mind.
