    2 important points as Jordan:
1 1948: Jordan fought hard and defeated Israel to retain East Jerusalem , Battle of Latrun, the only battle where Israel admits defeat
2 Unity w Palestine: not until Palestinians resolve their issue. Identities are close but not identical. We tried unity and unfortunately it back fired and PLO (backed by Arabs) demanded that Jordan sever ties with the West Bank in 1988.
Unity still possible but need Palestinians and Jordanians to be fully onboard

It’s pretty interesting to see the prevailing perspective of the elite Saudi political class, such as Mr. Shihabi and I think his views are shared by many maybe even a majority of his countrymen. The explicit disdain towards South Asian and African Muslims in Shihabis statements regarding the Hajj are very telling of the ethno-supremacist ideology underpinning Saudi society, which ironically is contrary to the religion of Islam. “We’re not dealing with Germans here”, what kind of statement is that? The Germans with a rich history of Nazism and Aryan white supremacist doctrine are the guiding principles for Saudis regarding poor, non-Arab Muslims? Equally as and perhaps even more ridiculous was him trying to absolve Saudi Arabia of any responsibility regarding the issue of Palestinian statehood, blaming the Jordanians for not taking an active enough role and then blaming Hamas for resisting literally our generations Nazis (the Israelis) who are committing the worst horrific monstrous atrocities, crimes against humanity as part of a campaign of genocide and ethnic cleansing. Does he, Shihabi, with his Princeton and Harvard degrees and oil wealth and connections and big stomach filled with Shwarma and Mansaf, does he really think he can compare himself to Hamas? does Allah (SWT) favor Shihabi and his fellow Saudi Brethren more than Hamas and the Palestinians who are giving their blood as Shaheed for the sake of Allah and this Ummah, for the sake of Bait Al Maqdis and Masjid Al Aqsa? I think Shihabi and his fellow Saudis and those in the Khaleej should take an honest look in the mirror and maybe read up again on Islam and the religion they proclaim to be a part of. They might end up learning a thing or two. America and Israel are not going to last forever, stop making fools out of yourselves to please them. استغفر الله العظيم

@@terriej123 he’s a bureaucrat part of the Saudi kleptocracy, a pro-America/Zionist shill. Just like his brethren in the UAE. It’s hilarious how the Saudis talk about not having any capability to do anything for the Palestinians but somehow manage to finance the destabilization of Muslim countries throughout the region via their proxies, like was the case in Syria and now Sudan. Somehow Saudi Arabia can give money and military support to El-Sisi in Egypt, radical factions of Al-Qaeda and ISIS in Syria & and now militias in Sudan but they can’t do anything for the Palestinians? How does that work? So they basically just admit they are all working on behalf of the US Zionist colonial entity’s aim to advance the interests and expansion of Israel? They really don’t have their own foreign policy. And then they want to sit there and lecture other Muslims about how they’re dirty nasty people with the Wrong Aqeedah. InshaAllah, Allah will deal with these Munafiqeen, the ones who betrayed their brothers & sisters while they were getting slaughtered in Palestine. InshaAllah the Muslims will not only liberate Palestine but all of the Arabian peninsula and wherever the Colonial Zionist entities tentacles reach in the world

That same day we flew to Tabuk, hired a car at the airport and travelled 1800 kms in the province including Tabuk City, Al Ula, Hegra, Wadi al Disah, Al-Badʿ, the Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba coasts. After returning the rental car, we caught a public bus from Tabuk to Haql. We left via the land border from Haql into Aqaba, Jordan. Everyone we met in Saudi Arabia was very kind and helpful. It's completely dishonest to consider only 2% of history.
Frustrated by confusing & contradictory information, I researched the history of the land we call Israel and Palestine today. Who lived on it first?
Israelites lived in this land 1,658 years before the ancestors of Palestinians. Palestinian ancestral land is the Arabian Peninsula. ‘Palestinian’ is a modern word from the 20th century.
"Syria Palaestina” was the name given by the Romans to Judea after the Bar Kochba revolt, although the name's origins go back even further, being based on the term 'Philistine', the name for a land that at the time belonged to a people who were no longer extant, not as a people nor a political entity
Only the Canaanites and Philistine predate the Israelites. The descendants of Canaanites and Philistine is complex and not entirely resolved
The Israelites arrived C1300 BCE and established the Israelite Kingdoms of Israel and Judah. The Kingdom of Israel fell to the Assyrians in 722 BC, while the Kingdom of Judah was conquered by the Babylonians in 586 BCE.
Next the land changed hands many times, until Arab Muslims conquered it in 638 CE and established an Islamic Caliphate. The Arab population, increasingly identifying as Palestinian particularly in the 20th century, has been a significant part of the social and cultural fabric of the area, especially during the periods of Islamic rule and the Ottoman Empire.
      A timeline:
Canaanite Period (c. 3000 - 1200 BCE): The earliest known inhabitants were Canaanites, a Semitic-speaking people.
Philistine Period (c. 1175 - 604 BCE): Philistines settled along the coastal areas, mostly in the Gaza Strip.
Israelite Kingdoms (c. 1020 - 586 BCE): The Israelites, also a Semitic-speaking people, established the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah.
Assyrian and Babylonian Periods (722 - 539 BCE): Assyrians and Babylonians conquered the region.
Persian Period (539 - 332 BCE): Persia conquered the Babylonian empire, including this area. The Persians later reinstated Israel as a country.
Hellenistic Period (332 - 167 BCE): Conquest by Alexander the Great, followed by the Ptolemaic and Seleucid rules.
Hasmonean Kingdom (167 - 37 BCE): Jewish rule restored after the Maccabean Revolt against the Seleucids.
Roman Period (63 BCE - 324 CE): The area became a part of the Roman Empire, with Israel remaining a kingdom within that empire, with Rome appointing the king, until AD 44.
Bar Kochba Period (132 CE - 136 CE): Simon bar Kochba let a Jewish revolt and for a short time revived Jewish sovereignty over land, until it was brutally crushed by the Roman Emperor Hadrian, who renamed Judea as Syria Palaestina to remove any trace of Jewish connection to the land.
Byzantine Period (324 - 638 CE): Christian rule under the Byzantine Empire.
Islamic Caliphate Era (638 CE - 1099 CE): Arab Muslims conquered Jerusalem in 638 CE, introducing Arab rule and Islamic culture to the region. Arabic gradually replaced Aramaic and Greek as the dominant language.
Crusader Period (1099 - 1187 CE): European Christians captured Jerusalem and established the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
Ayyubid and Mamluk Periods (1187 - 1516 CE): Saladin, a Kurdish Muslim leader, defeated the Crusaders. The Mamluks, who were of various ethnicities including Turkic and Circassian, succeeded the Ayyubids.
Ottoman Period (1516 - 1917 CE): The Ottoman Turks controlled the region, and the Arab populace lived under Ottoman rule.
British Mandate (1917 - 1948 CE): British control after World War I. Increased Jewish immigration leads to tensions between Jews and Arabs.
State of Israel (1948 - Present): Reestablished in 1948
The ‘West Bank' is in fact ancient Judea, the land of the Jews. The 'Philistines' lived along the southwest coastline, nowhere near the Judean hills.
But with all this, there has never been a Palestinian state.

If your Grand Mosque is built on the foundation of the Jewish Temple, I think that says a little something about who was there first.
Israel became a state in 1312 B. C. E., two millenia before Islam. Arab refugees from Israel began calling themselves "Palestinians " in 1964, almost two decades after modern Israeli statehood in 1948.
"Who can challenge the rights of the Jews in Palestine? Good Lord, HISTORICALLY, IT IS REALLY YOUR COUNTRY..."Yusuf Diya al-Khalidi, Arab Mayor of Jerusalem, 1829.
Yasser Arafat himself said in his biography that "The Palestinians have no national identity. I, Yasser Arafat, man of destiny, will give them an identity through conflict with Israel. "
"Half of us Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half are Saudis " Statement by Fathi Hammad, Member of the Hamas political bureau and interior minister in the Gaza strip from 2009 to 2014.

There’s nothing I agree more than the fact that we have a communication problem. There are groups and organizations out there, who dedicate their time and money on the downfall of Saudi Arabia through all means possible to them, but the most damaging hit you can get in such a war, is negative perception and the only way that can be defeated is, if the country put just as much effort and resources towards fighting against it.

Those organisations are more domestic than you guys think.
It is why the prisons are full. And it it not a new thing, it is as old as the kingdom, the Ikhwan which was a domestic military branch of the wahabi ideology disobeyed and disregarded Aal Sauud for their betrayal of Iraq and the levany in it's war against the Brits. And Aal Sauud fought them alongside their British allies, and today the Americans take the position of the British in defending Saudi Arabia. It is why Trump said that Saudi Arabia will not survive 2 weeks without US support, essentially admitting that Saudi Arabia is a faux nation.

Yes, my dear brothers, my beloved Palestine is the cradle of Christianity and Judaism, and it contains Al-Aqsa, the third holiest place for us Muslims in Palestine. Bethlehem, the cradle of Christ, is a blessed land, and it is the holy land, and it has been our land for tens of thousands of years, and it is the land of the Canaanite Arabs, the original Palestinian people, and they have lived in it since the Islamic conquest in the era. The Umayyad, Abbasid and Ottoman Arabs, Muslims, Christians and Jews are like brothers and neighbors under Palestinian rule to the owners of the land, but the Zionists came and the British occupation brought them to our land as compensation to the Jews for what they did to them Hitler. The question here is that who did the Holocaust, the Germans, why do I, the Palestinian Arab, pay the price? Why not Germany? Why do I, the Muslim, pay the price for crimes? Committed by the Germans and Nazi Europe, fascism is the root of all evil in the world. Our problem is the occupation🙏Palestine is an area of more than 27 thousand square kilometers and is on the borders of Egypt and Jordan, which historically is part of Palestine and the people of Jordan, more than 70 percent of whom are of Palestinian origin, but Britain made them a state and brought agents to the Jordanian ruling dynasty in order to rule Jordan and protect the occupation from the Jordanian-Palestinian people Palestine Its capital, Jerusalem, is the land of the Palestinian people for tens of thousands of years. It is the cradle of Christianity and Judaism, and it is the third holiest place for us Muslims. It is a land where most of God’s prophets lived, were born, and died. It is the holy and blessed land and the land of the Palestinian and Arab people. Muslims, Jews, and Christians lived there for thousands of years as neighbors and brothers before the Zionists occupied our land. Britain brought them in the Balfour Declaration to occupy our land. Those who committed the Holocaust against the Jews were the Germans and the West, not me.🙏🙏🙏القدس عربية وعاصمة لفلسطين والشعب الفلسطيني

I genuinely want KSA and other gulf states to progress, but let us measure progress in terms of the metrics that really mean something like scientific publications, technological innovation, quality of healthcare and so on. KSA in particular has a trump card (pun unintended) with the Harmain. As an American who first travelled to Saudi 3 times in the early 2000's and recently revised again after 15 years I definitely enjoyed the development and progression of gov't. efficiency. Sadly I noticed a decline of hospitality and good manners amongst the Kingdom's younger generation. It seem's in their persuit of importing foreign culture, the same societal ills that plague our Western nations are infecting the Saudis. CNN reported the KSA is becoming the capital of drugs in the ME. After watching this interview it is no wonder when you have influence by individuals like Mr. Ali Shihabi who seem to have spent most of his time running away from the Kingdom and also appears to lack respect for Saudi's history. I do not blame the government, sadly the population have fallen for the propaganda of the West's ideological attack. One thing I will agree with is learning from the past, if you look at how the Kingdom came to be you will understand truly why it benefitted. Sadly, liberal secularists will most likely pave the same path they have in our Western democracies: crime, drug use, deppression, high suicide rates, and the list goes on. Furthermore, what I also found interesting after visiting a friend in the UAE who works in a high gov't position when talking about what's happening in Sauid society, he expressed how shocked even the Emiratis are by the adaption of these changes. The Emiratis allow a lot of stuff in their country but they view it as "for the tourists" where as Saudis are bending over backwards to imitate Westerners.
