Im a snowboarder and new film maker that just went full time in the freelance world of film making. Trying my best to mix my passion for snowboarding and filming together. love the vid cuz I needed to hear to be more discipline about my craft and only doing this full time for 6 months or so has shown what I deff need to work on. Maybe an irrelevant question, but I've been racking my brain trying to figure out the best wide angle lens. I've been using the Sigma 50 on an A7S2 for almost eight years now, and that was a mistake. Short form content needs a wider angle, but I'm not sure whether to look for a wide prime, or a wide zoom. I usually shoot off-the-cuff, so bulk isn't great for that. The wide prime seems like the obvious choice then, but how wide is too wide? I want to shoot close but wide, without much distortion. I've heard a 35 is the go, but is there a full frame version, and if not, is an APS-C crop sensor sufficient?
Biggest goal of 2024 for me is to be more consistent as a creator and step outside of my comfort zone. Next is to continue my growth on becoming a better person for myself, my family and friends. Love the video bro
