Looks like the squat rack you built 3 years ago is still holding up perfectly! Did you add a pully system and cables to your squat rack (saw some little red hooks)?
Yeah it is! It's still holding up strong and I did install a DIY pulley system. It's great for doing cable flys and I just move the pins to some extra holes I put in the power rack if I want to do seated rows, pallof presses, kickbacks, etc.
@robind89 not a bad idea! Since we had our second kid I've had little free time for videos. Mostly been in a groove of doing my exercises without filming lately. It's definitely possible I'll get back into it though 😊
