Can you please guide me on how to decide which values to put to for setting the parameters. I am having a hard time understanding questions like : What is m/z ration, how to choose noise level, how to use min retention time or m/z ratio etc.

Por ejemplo: tengo 4 replicas biologicas por muestra y quisiera filtrar los features por fila de tal manera que si un determinado feature no se encuentra por lo menos en las 4 replicas de un mismo grupo sea descartado.

lograste resolver? si no encuentra un feature pienso yo que tocaria programarlo desde el programa , no?
