toggle library matches does not make the column appear, do I need to change something in the wizard?

Would it be to high to have 0.5 retention time tolerance, while having more stringent parameters for m/z values? My data seems to have quite a shift about 0.3-0.4 mins

Depending on your RT shifts, and Gradient length, this might be what you need.
