- In our Rana language, we call it 'Simhi'. My mum taught me to make this delicious sweet Sevai (Simhi). In the Rana community, during the Teej festival, this is a special dish that everyone makes at their home. I still remember those days when my friends, relatives, and family used to eat it while sitting together. I hope I will go back to my country soon and enjoy it again, made by my mum's hands.
INGREDIENTS:
Main: Vermicelli, Milk, Sugar (Can use water if you are vegan)
Optional: Coconut, Almonds, Cashew, Raisins And Cardamom
