Butcher Box was excellent but lately they need to do an integrity check on their chicken & cod suppliers. There was more water in the baking dish than I have ever seen after it was finished. The cod you could squeeze and nothing but water. The salmon/ steak tips, bacon, and hamburger are very good. Good Chop steak looks better than Butcher Box.
I haven't had their cod yet, but the chicken always seems great. I mainly cook everything on the grill, so i don't notice the water.

After considering both ButcherBox and Good Chop, my personal preference leans towards ButcherBox. Not only does it provide more value for my money, but the consistent quality of their meat is impressive as well.
During my grilling experiments, I noticed a slight difference in the searing between the two. For some reason, the ButcherBox meats achieved a better sear compared to those from Good Chop. However, this could be subjective and may vary based on personal taste and cooking methods.
