Blessings great video.. #1 thing I learned- Yelling 🗣 on 10 isn't a good thing let the child be them.. Basically parents take it down a notch or two.

Arenas is an upgraded Lavar Dad version. He can see his son being GOAT. Lavar pretend to see that. His youngest son is the best though. I will also want to see the third son prosper. That's GOAT material...

I've been listening to this podcast for several minutes and I can just say Gilbert is a nice dad to his kid. Gilbert, as soon as he wakes up, he already work out twice. My dad, as soon as he wakes up in the morning, he's already looking for his drinking buddies down the street.

Great to see the truthfulness and raw delivery from Mr. Arenas. I was able to see him play in high school in the early 90s. I was a college police officer working overtime for LA Unified sch district police dept. as security at the game. What I witnessed was incredible. He reminded me of a dude in high school I played aganidt named Leon Wood (nba ref one). We beat his team in 1978 for the 1A division CIF championship. Leon Wood is also Cali scoring champ. Next to Brad Holland and Greg Gorgian...God bless...to All Gym Rats...
