LEGO 1993 Mail Order Catalog!

To answer your question about the Crusader's emblem in front of the Black Knights. In, what I assume was, the previous catalogue they lumped Crusaders and Black Knights together into "Castle" before they introduced the Dragon Masters. It's implied that this was the dying off of the Crusaders line. Also, probably from a product perspective they realized-hey we didn't include faction torsos for the Black Knights and people don't like that. Let's develop them more into a Dragon Masters faction and just say they are fighting each other out. Kind of like with how killing off Optimus Prime in the 80s was just "changing toy lines" to the creators and they didn't realize the lore effects of toy decisions.
