2020 still am
Still listening 2020. Always listening to classics.
Only every few weeks...
It took lockdown to find CS. I cant wait to buy some tenn. Whisky . Here in the Philippines no sale of alcohol outside hotels.
No labels needed, just an amazingly talented singer/songwriter covering one of the best of all time. Music breaks down walls with love. Cam
The greatness of those we have lost is sometimes recognized in those we find.
I like that saying brother
Same here, wise words. Great music of any kind whirls the winds of the soul.
True that Brother😎
Profound!
Best tribute I've ever heard, I'm balling like a baby 😢😢😢😢😢

You're not alone sister... I'm a blubbering mess! Hands down best tribute so far!
I think you meant bawling... Balling is something else entirely. LOL
Pretty damn good for being unrehearsed. He say's "Hell I'm going to try this. I don't know if I can do it, but we're gonna do it for a great musician we lost."

As someone who has been in bands for a long time, that bass player just learned that song as he played it. That makes this all the more special. My favorite thing when I see a band live is when they do unexpected (to them) performances and everybody just follows along.
True talent.
I want to be able to play bass like that. I have a ways to go yet!
This man's talent knows no bounds. I find something new from Chris all the time that blows my mind. Re-establishes integrity in music.
Magical. Prince deserves it, he was amazing and Stapleton does him honor.
Yea that right Donna
That high note he hits at 3:52 really showcases his amazing vocal range. I mean sweet Jesus he has a voice of gold!
Dear God you blessed this man with a voice that can move mountains!!
Gained even more respect for Prince after seeing the amazing covers!
OK, this man is freaking amazing!! What range he has!!! I'm sorry I'm only now discovering him. And he's not bad on the eyes either!
First heard this shortly after Prince passed. Couple years later I’m still amazed by the cover. What a great cover by Chris. The raw power and real sound is so refreshing. This guy is for real.
This beautiful song was delivered with such soul. Nothing compares to the one and only musical god, Prince 💟🎼🎹🎸🎤💜
Chris Stapleton...thanks 🙏🏼
Thank you Chris for remembering the Purple One. Hes still so loved and missed and nothing can compare to him

Nothing compares to this performance! Nothing.
Stapleton singing a Prince cover, that could be released as is in this single take, and it would almost assuredly be #1 for weeks on several charts. That’s talent. On both sides.
WOW, I love it, he did an amazing job singing Nothing Compares to You...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Great Job Chris Stapleton, Prince would be proud!
