I've been wondering this for years and I literally can't think of a better place to ask: was there ever a typist's or "secretary's" manicure? (Secretary in quotes because of the vocabulary at the time.)
I just have this feeling that at some point there was a fashion magazine that went over how to keep your nails looking "nice" while still being practical for professional typing. And if anyone would have a lead on it, that would be you and your network. Thanks again for sharing your collection of typewriters and nail polishes 😸
