    I went to one of these interviews with AstraZenica. None of the questions in this video were asked, it focussed on (relatively obscure) theoretical questions about the field I was applying for (Program Management).
    I found the experience awful overall, it is horribly unnatural trying to talk to your own face on a screen, with no opportunity to ask clarifying questions or to read an interviewer's body language to give you immediate feedback. I withdrew my application immediately after the interview - an interview is an opportunity for the company to shine and demonstrate their values, as well as for the interviewee to do the same. The only values demonstrated by this tool are completely negative imo: that the organisation is impersonal, uncaring and that they cannot be bothered to spend time with you even at the point when they are trying to sell themselves.

      yea this is happening in every company and i hate it, online interviews are normal now and i havent seen any company that doesnt utilise it at least a little bit
