Resipi
Bahan tumis:
Sedikit minyak
2 sudu besar pes bawang merah
½ sudu besar pes bawang putih
1 sudu besar pes halia
Kicap masin secukupnya
Sedikit kicap pekat
Sedikit air
Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
Bahan lain:
4 hirisan ikan vegetarian (digoreng dahulu)
1 biji tomato (potong wedges)
4-5 cili padi (dibelah dua)
Note: Lepas ini cepatlah saya dekat dapur masak-masak disebabkan pes - pes dari SMAFOOD ni.. Semua siap tinggal tumis sahaja. 🥰😍
Cara memasak:
1.Ikan vegetarian di goreng dahulu sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2.Kurangkan minyak lalu tumis semua bahan - bahan pes sehingga naik bau wangi, Kemudian masukkan cili padi. Tumis seketika.
3.Masukkan kicap masin, kicap pekat dan sedikit air. Kacau sebati dan biarkan sehingga ia mendidih. Lepastu masukkan serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya.
4.Masukkan ikan vegetarian yang telah digoreng tadi dan tomato. Kacau seketika dan adjust rasa. Sedia untuk dihidang.
IKAN MASAK KICAP [Vegan Version]

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 2-4 servings
Recipe
Stir-fry Ingredients:
A bit oil
2 tbsp onion paste
½ tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
light soy sauce to taste
Thick soy sauce a little
A bit water
Mushroom seasoning powder to taste
Other Ingredients:
4 slices vegetarian fish (pre-fried)
1 tomato (cut into wedges)
4-5 bird's eye chilies (halved)
Note: It will be easier and quicker for me to cook in the kitchen after this, because I have these pastes from SMA FOOD. Everything is finely ground and ready. Just need to stir-fry/cook.
Cooking Method:
1.Fry the vegetarian fish until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2.Reduce the oil in the pan, then stir-fry all the paste ingredients until fragrant. Add the bird's eye chilies. Stir-fry briefly.
3.Add light soy sauce, thick soy sauce, and a little water. Stir well and let it boil. Then add mushroom seasoning powder to taste.
4.Add the fried vegetarian fish and tomato. Stir briefly and adjust the seasoning. Ready to serve.
