    Bahan tumisan:
    Sedikit minyak
    2 sudu besar bawang merah kisar
    ½ sudu kecil halia kisar
    1 sudu besar serai kisar
    1 ½ sudu besar cili padi kisar
    1 sudu kecil cili kering kisar
    Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
    Sedikit air
    Garam secukupnya
    Bahan lain:
    1 cawan petai(dibelah dua)
    1 bunga kantan(dihiris)
    Sedikit hirisan limau nipis
    Note: Tak sampai 10 minit dekat dapur, dah siap satu hidangan disebabkan semua bahan kisar dari SMAFOOD ni.. 🤣 Sangat mudah bukan?tak payah pening2.. 🤭
    Cara memasak:
    1.Sediakan kuali, panaskan minyak dan tumis kesemua bahan kisar sehingga naik bau dan pecah minyak.
    2.Masukkan serbuk perasa cendawan, air dan garam secukupnya. Kacau sebati dan biarkan ia masak seketika.
    3.Lepastu, masukkan petai dan hirisan bunga kantan. Kacau seketika. Adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang bersama sedikit perahan limau nipis.
    SAMBAL PETAI BUNGA KANTAN
    Preparation time: 3 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes
    Servings: 2-4 people
    Stir-fry Ingredients:
    A little oil
    2 tbsp onion paste
    ½ tbsp ginger paste
    1 tbsp lemongrass paste
    1 ½ tbsp bird's eye chilies paste
    1 tsp dry chilies paste
    Mushroom seasoning powder to taste
    A little water
    Salt to taste
    Other Ingredients:
    1 cup split stink beans
    1 torch ginger flower(sliced)
    Slices key lime(garnish)
    Note: In less than 10 minutes in the kitchen, I've prepared a whole dish using all the paste ingredients from SMAFOOD.. 🤣 It's incredibly simple, isn't it? No need to stress or overthink.. 🤭 Cooking made easy!
    Cooking Method:
    1.Heat oil in a pan, then sauté all the paste ingredients until fragrant and the oil separates.
    2.Add mushroom seasoning powder, water, and salt to taste. Stir well and let it cook for a while.
    3.Next, add the split stink beans and sliced torch ginger flower. Stir briefly. Adjust seasoning to taste and it's ready to be served with a squeeze of key lime juice.
