To all the comments saying ‘Why promote Auro 3D when no blu rays have it - well, the 20 or so Marvel Cinematic Universe 3D BluRays decode on the Denon 6300/6400/6500 in Auro 3D and sound amazing, as do most releases by Sony 3D World. Thanks for showing us your cinema - I liked the raised plinth for additional seating. I would recommend you upgrade to a Projector and screen otherwise you will not get the full experience of 3D BluRay, but otherwise superb effort.

Does your setup absorb the sound well from bleeding out into other rooms or disturbing your neighbors?
nice theater, the wood work is absolutely stunning, but there are some major issues with that setup,
1. he has BIG windows, windows make your speakers sound like ass. So the solution for that is fat,thick and heavy curtains.
2. during the day the ht is way to bright
3. he does uses nice svs subs, which are sealed so nice accurate bass. but the best thing about a good ht is a good sub. So the more bass the better (but the dali's would have to keep up with the bass). So a svs sb 13 would'v been better.
but ive never seen such an beautiful and clean setup so props for that. but i would rather have a ht like the yt'er (bassthathz)

Interesting. As reported by UK company specializing on HT set ups (can't remember the name) - people for some reason hang their TVs way too high. This set up looks beautiful but TV is definitely way too high in relation to couch and where head is going to be
Wunderschön umgesetzt. Ich könnte mir nur vorstellen, dass es schon zu viele Akustikmaßnahmen sind, sodass es Überdämpft klingt. Muss aber nicht so sein
Very nice finish - and what a project. But a don’t quite get your speaker config - it’s mostly Auro with a hint of Atmos/X. I’ve done it the other way around in my HT (7.3.4) doe to the amount of releases + media with Atmos.
Your next project should definitely be to find a creative way to make the tv, sub and front speakers ‘build in’ as well. Thumbs up though.

Great work, bit bottle neck effect the TV look small for a HT.
It’s a 75” tv - any bigger will cost a fortune here in Europe - but it’s sad to see he bought a FHD and not a UHD tv with Dolby Vision to his great HT build.
Hate when I click expecting to hear a human talk about the subject of the clip and it ends up being loud painful music and pictures. Next.

Nice video...I see 11 speakers ? My x6400 says 9.1 or 10.1? Not enough Auro content to go with Auro. Why not Atmos?

Love the wood details in the front, with all the speakers. But the tv apears small. Great seats, but why sound isolated sealing, when the room is open to the kitchen, and windows on the other side and the back ? Hmmmm. 🤔👍👎

Why did you use the center dali zensor for top speaker ?
centers are designed to cover a large space and have a very wide sound stage(a good center is also of course designed to cover the whole front between the left and right fronts)

may be perfect but it has lots of glass and windows, it is not goog for premium sound
That's why I have extra thick acoustic curtains that swallow the high notes and make the room completely dark! It's not perfect but it's more fun. At some point, a house with extra cellar room for the cinema.

caroline hill you will use the height channels on the avr for your ceiling(atmos) channels. But without a seperate stereo amplifier you will only get power to 2 speakers.

Eso sería colocación Atmos y o mucho me equivoco o sería un 5 punto 2 punto 2¿ me equivoco? ¿ Los traseros serían los dos laterales que tienes no?
Pero si tienes dos torres de 3 vías delante ¿ que las tiene que subir hasta la altura de la televisión ? Y ¿ en el Atmos que pasa que no hay altavoces traseros ? ¿ sólo son 5 puntos de altavoces y los del techo?

Kurze frage,
stelle mir auch grad ein 5.1 system mit AV-Receiver zusammen, nur bin ich noch am überlegen wie ich die Frontlautsprecher aufstelle. Per Wandhalterrung so das die LS auf Ohrhöhe sind oder auf Regale stellen, die schon da sind, aber dann sind die LS über Ohrhöhe. Was wäre denn dein Tipp? :)
+TKGL etwas.drüber wäre nicht schlimm! Aber falls möglich würde Ich alle Lautsprecher auf die gleiche Ohrhöhe tun! Sprich Hochtonkallote sollte auf Ohrhöhe sein! Aber leider nicht immer so leicht, besonders beim Center nicht!

Wie funktioniert das mit den Bassreflex Öffnungen nach hinten? Wird das alles durch die Dämmung weggeschluckt? Ändert sich das Klangbild sehr dadurch?
+motorhead Geht ohne Probleme durch meine Wandhalterung haben die ca. 10cm Wandabstand.
Dahinter ist nicht wirklich was gedämmt, Bass ist genügend vorhanden :)
