Wow what an awesome fan,i have a 1930s GEC fan currently uploading an update on the fan,ive been wanting to restore it spray paint it and so on,but ive decided to leave it as is,just going to take out some of the little rust its got for its age,its 93 years old,so i believe it is in good condition for its age,i think if an old fan is not heavy coated in rust its better to keep it original and just take out the rust,the stuff im using on my old fans does not touch the paint,it only takes the rust out,your fan is in great condition for its age to,better not to spray paint it.
