Great to see you Em, life continues for us front line workers! I'm missing the charity shops and car boots massively but I do agree with your points about home. If nothing else the lockdown has given us time and made us stop. Take care lovely xxxx
Yay Hi Emma, so lovely to catch up with you. Please keep making these chatty videos, it’s like catching up with a friend and very comforting. Glad you’re all keeping safe and well 💕 x
Morning Emma, lovely to see you. Glad you're safe and well. I have to say you and Rosie Henshaw are without a doubt my favorites on UA-cam. You are both great to watch for not only ideas but your lovely family homes and lots of laughs too. Thank you so much for all you share. Would love to see your kitchen update when you've finished as well as your thrifted\ upcycled pieces. Stay safe and take care x
I'm so pleased you're back. You and your lovely little girl seem to be really great at crafting by the look of the rabbit bunting. And baking ..We would love to see more of that. Actually more of anything from you because you're such a tonic. I know how hard you work and the risks you take for us. I work as a pharmacy technician in community pharmacy and that's challenging but we work with the NHS not for the NHS so huge huge respect for you nurses and all your colleagues. Xxxx
SO to hear from you and that you are well. You always cheer me up and give me a giggle (like you being totally unaware of the position of the pompoms as you held up the Easter bunny garland!!😂). It's like having a chat and a cuppa with a friend! Thank you for all that you and your colleagues are doing 🥰.May you and your family stay safe x
Morning Emma, lovely to catch-up with you over a coffee and biscuit. You really are a breath of fresh air and I agree with everything you have shared. I would like to think that we will learn from this but I'm sure life will take over again and we'll fall back into those bad habits. So proud of you and all you colleagues in the wonderful NHS how lucky are we to have you all. Stay safe Lovely girl ❤️🙏
Wonderful to see you......happy that all is well with you and your family.......joyous to have some light relief .......and delighted to see your beautiful face....all in all your son is very wise.......we love you, please stay safe and well.......and finally, a grateful thanks to you and all your colleagues xx 😘
Please thank your son for us!! So happy to see this video Emma and know that you're all ok. The dresser looks amazing, can't wait to see the kitchen when it's finished. I would LOVE to see your top 10 furniture pieces too. Or top 20...however many you've got! 😄 Lots of love. Take care, stay safe. Will be clapping and cheering for you and all NHS workers on Thursday. I say "clap", I've started taking a saucepan and ladel out with me. 😁👍💜
Hi Emma. Glad to hear you and your family are ok. Your comments about falling in love with your home again and how you used to treat yourself to charity shop shopping and coffee out really hit the mark with me. I too am enjoying the quieter side of life right now. Keep safe xxx
Bless you, nice to see you again, I can totally relate to the home cooking and baking side of the lockdown and only wearing a fraction of the clothes in my wardrobe...…… oh and like you we had booked our first holiday in 12 years and it was cancelled a few weeks ago but grateful for my health and thankful to all of the NHS and frontline workers still soldiering on, on a daily basis :)
Hello Emma, I agree completely with your view on the lockdown. We are on week 5 here in Prague. I am still working out of the house too, but I have to isolate every two weeks. I try to cherish the long mornings, free time, long walks with the dog (who is a very big fan of the lockdown), reading books and cooking/baking/coffee and tea making. I am surprised how nice people are to each other here, when "meeting" 2m away from each other and greeting through the masks. Never have so many strangers wished me good day or happy Easter on a dog walk. Hope it all ends soon and it makes us better. Keep safe!
Howdy!!!!! Boy I've missed you so much ... having previously worked in the NHS and have friends who still work the NHS I've thought about you and included you in my thoughts and well wishes xx please keep it coming!!!! Xx thankyou so much xxx
Love you Emma, so happy you uploaded a video, yay for your son suggesting it. Glad your all ok. Love listening to you. Stay safe and don’t stop uploading your videos, no matter what your talking about, I’ll listen. 💕
Hi Emma, thank you for chatting with us! I'm glad to hear you and your family are doing well. I work in a pharmacy in the states so my day to day life hasn't changed very much. I'm still going out to work 5 days a week although that's pretty much the only place I go out to apart from the grocery store every once in awhile. I love the color of your kitchen and will definiely be picking up that Hygge book. I look forward to your next video...stay safe!
Hi Emma lovely to see you. Delighted you are all safe and keeping well. Love the colours used in kitchen. Its great to see the ways to keep occupied. Keep safe xx
So lovely to hear from you Emma really made my day seeing your smiley face 😊 I think like most that watch you we are happy with anything you post! Top 10 charity shop finds would be great as would room tours favourite thrifted outfits maybe 💜 once again thanks for posting and cheering us up 😊
Well done Emma loved it. I agree I'm at my boyfriend s with minimal clothes. Its actually ok .I've spent too much over the year s it does make you think big time. Thank you also to you and the NHS
Lovely to see you back Emma and looking well. Strange times for us all but you're right, there are so many positives to take from lockdown. A lot of things will probably become a new "normal" for some. Your kitchen is looking fab looking forward to the full tour. Take care & stay safe 🌈☀️
So happy to see you again 😀 Coronavirus aside...Being self employed we are loving the lockdown My husband has sprained his ankle weeks ago and hasn’t been able to rest it until now, it is also a chance to have a break and get things done at home. As long as family and friends are well and we take care of everyone it’s almost like Mother Nature telling us to change our ways. Love from Australia. Stay Safe everyone and respect all especially our hospital staff xxx
Hi Emma lovely to see you back, love all your UA-cam video’s but these chatty ones are my favourite. Glad to hear you and your family are safe and well. Give our thanks and love to all your NHS family, we’ll be clapping as usual on Thursday and although you can’t hear us from our little corner of Portugal just know we’re thinking of you all whatever country you’re fighting the virus in. I hope when this nightmare ends that we hold onto the little things that have kept us going, it’s funny but when everything is stripped back the only thing you cannot live without are your loved ones. Off now to compile some questions for our family quiz night all done via FaceTime across 5 households don’t you just bloody love technology 😂 Stay safe x
Oh so pleased you’ve posted as I was beginning to think you were poorly, so relieved, I know with your job you are really in the thick of it and I applaud you for that 👏👏👏👏 stay safe love , don’t take any risks xx
So glad you are back and you and your family are safe. Your sunny, smiling presentation is a breath of fresh air. Looking forward to hearing from you again soon. I only miss charity shopping, out of all that I do. Ive had to take leave from my essential service work because i am in a highy risk category. Don't know what the future looks like for me.
Nice to see you back, Emma, and to know that you and your family are safe and well. I read The Little Flower Shop by the Sea recently and really enjoyed it. I love books that have a seaside setting. See you again soon xx
As an introvert, I bloody love Lockdown. My husband has been working from home for 4 weeks now and the kids have been at home. And it's been great. I know the current situation has been tragic and awful for many folk but I think there are always ups and downs. I only hope that it makes us more mindful of what we consume (I am only buying food!) plus what we think is important - family, health etc. Yes - giving our homes some love, yes - sorting out the garden, yes - going for walks, yes - doing stuff as a family.
So happy to see your smiley face again Emma. This lockdown sure is a strange time but I have to say I am really enjoying this slower pace of life right now and like you have painted and tidied the house from top to bottom. Along with all your fellow NHS colleagues and all other key workers currently working hard to help keep our own little worlds turning I would like to say a huge thank you. Stay safe and I look forward to charity shopping with you in the near future. 💕
Aww, those bunnies are very sweet! So kind of you to think of 3rd and 4th responders (as I call them). All the people stacking shelves, checking at the registers, driving the goods etc.... Thanks to everyone out there, especially those in the "Red Zones" 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏼! New York in August! Yikes!!! Lived there for several years and honestly, the Summer months are not the most desirable times to be in NYC. It's hot and muggy and it doesn't cool down at night. At 3AM the temperature is the same as 3PM. People tend to get angry and frustrated much quicker in NY during those months because there is no relief from the heat, stink, and muggy-ness. If you really want to see a beautiful, lovely city like NYC in it's glory, you should go the first 2 or 3 weeks of October. Most who live in NY, leave the city in the Summer for as much time as possible. If you must visit the U.S. in the Summer, the best place to be is the West Coast. I am a bit biased, (born and mostly raised in Oregon and California and living here again now), but really, truly, the "West is the Best" as Jim Morrison says in the Doors song, "The End." And with that, I will end my very long comment😉. Be well, Emma, come visit us out West, XX!!!!
Hi Emma, so lovely to see you and to hear that you are well 💖😁. You always brighten my day with your vlogs 🌅. I know what you mean about staying home and appreciating what we have... I've been thinking the same thing today 👌. Your Son was right to encourage you to post as I'm sure I'm not the only one who wanted to hear that you were ok, considering the work you do 💕...stay safe as much as you can Emma and I'll be clapping my little heart out again on Thursday 👏👏👏👏👏👏😁💖😘
Really lovely to see you, thank you for the catchup I always enjoy watching you. Sending you my very best wishes and gratitude for all the kind work you and your colleagues do. May you and your lovely family have much happiness 💖
So glad you posted, I was worried you were poorly. Really enjoyed hearing all your news and I’ve missed those times when you make yourself laugh! Your kitchen is looking fabulous by the way ❤️. Would love to see a video of your favourite thrifted pieces of furniture....Stay safe and smiling, much love xx
Emma you are such a breath of fresh air, you make me smile! I think this is, in a weird way a good change in our mad busy lives, makes you think about the important people in your life. Three of my children have no exams, GCSEs, A levels and uni finals- no proms or graduation ceremonies and my eldest has had to postpone her August wedding but there's no point in being upset by it all, we're all staying home and staying healthy so far which is the main thing!! Stay safe!! And please keep uploading!!
So lovely to see you again and know that you and your family are well. Life is very different here in Ontario, Canada as well. Life is definitely what you make of it, you are so right. We've had to cancel a trip this month and we're probably having to cancel another one in July, but we're safe and healthy so I'm thankful for that. I ache for my tiny 10 month old granddaughter who is changing so much, but I am so thankful for having the best daughter in law in the world who sends me photos and videos regularly, which helps get my husband and I through. I miss our son, but he drives over to our house once a week, stands on our lawn and talks to us through our front window and sometimes brings our little granddaughter to wave to us. They also skype so we love that. Prayers to you and people all over the world with a hope you all remain safe.
Aww I know it’s so hard isn’t it? I’ve been FaceTiming my parents but I haven’t physically seen them now for about 5 weeks as they live about a 50 minute drive away. I love that communities are coming together and we are so lucky to have this technology at our fingertips but I know hoe much I’m missing physical contact even with my colleagues we have to remain six feet apart at all times. It will soon pass, and we will stay safe and see each other soon and talk about how strange 2020 was and wonder how we managed x
So lovely to see you back on UA-cam, and know that you are safe and well. Loved the video, it felt like catching up with a friend. The kitchen colour is fab - look forward to seeing the vlog you post when it’s finished to your liking. Stay safe Emma, take care xx 💗💙🌈💙💗💐
Lovely to see you back emma. And to hear about what you have been up to. We will all be out clapping you and all the key workers that work so hard to look after and make sure we get everthing we need 👏👏👏👏👂take care.
So glad your back Emma 😀 Can’t wait to see your lovely house transformation. The main thing is that you stay safe. Love to you stay safe lots of love 💖 Xxxx
Hi Emma your son was spot on! So nice to see you😊 glad your ok, well done being productive I keep telling myself right tomorrow I’m going to do something hasn’t happened yet!.hope everyone is doing ok out there 💓
Love watching your posts, you have such a lovely bubbly personality. You make me laugh.. stay safe and I applaud you and all NHS staff and keyworkers all the way up here in scotland. 🏴
Hi Emma,I fully understand how lockdown has been for you.It is normal life for me.I have been housebound/ confined to bed mostly for over 20 years. On a very selfish level I actually waken every day and think everyone is doing what I am instead not deep dark dread of lonely, redundant, depression. Then I think of everyone who is suffering and those who have lost family. Thank you for going to work, thank your colleagues for putting themselves on the line as you are.My eldest daughter is pregnant with her second child. The most difficult part of all this is not seeing my family.Im sure most are finding this difficult.I have a huge garden and amazing natural beauty around me. So,got a grocery delivery today.Left at front door.Dog had has a loaf of bread and started into a multi bag of crisps.🤣 Keep posting when you get time, love the craic.🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Aww Jane. Thankyou for your lovely comment. Yes I can imagine that you feel like we are all doing the same as you now and that must make you feel slightly better ☺️ it proves doesn’t it what is important and what we do and don’t need in our lives. Sending you lots of love and hoping that you managed to salvage the crisps 😀🥰😘
Your son was right....really good to hear from you. Me too having spring clean and huge clear oitr... It's long overdue. I think a lot of people are giving some love to their homes and gardens ( and families 😹) and calm down a bit. I think we will all change a bit from this. I'm a good way. Take care, stay safe xx
Totally agree have been on leave so have loved spring cleaning. I'm ready to go back to my social care job with a lovely clean fresh house to come back to, so glad you are doing well.
Hi Emma it lovely to see you again its so nice to see someone with some positivity andhow you are coping with everything that's going on.It has been an extremely difficult time for me as my partner has suffered with two bleeds on the brain since the 2nd of March so its been hard not being able to see him and a constant worry and being self isolating alone has been incredibly difficult but I have thrown myself in to decorating and gardening just to have something to focus on. Ireally appreciate all NHS workers for doing incredible work and putting themselves onthe frontline. Thank you. Xx
Wow that sounds like a lot to be dealing with and hard on you both. Sending you lots and lots of love and hoping that your lovely husband will be back home sooooon xxxx
So lovely to see your smiling face again Emma☺❤. I'm so glad you all are doing well. It's always nice to hear from you, your little updates etc😉. I hope you will get more of that paint, so we can see your kitchen. It really is a beautiful colour ❤. Well take care and stay safe for now ☺❤🧡🐣🤗🧡❤. Hugs from me in Norway
Lovely to 'see' you again Emma. I'm WFH so wear make up and semi decent clothes for all the Zoom meetings. I was thinking, with everyone decluttering during lockdown, there's going to be loads of nice things in the charity shops when they reopen! Stay well x
Hello, I loved this chat. It was very comforting at this stressful time just to hear a 'normal' voice (aside from newscasters etc on the tv, if you get my drift). My hat is off to you and to all nurses and doctors. Thank you 💕
Hi Emma so lovely to see you back, you really do cheer up my day. It's funny but Mike my hubby and I had planned to revisit new York in 2018 for our 25th wedding anniversary and both our 50 th birthdays but very very sadly it was the year he first became poorly 😢 we loved it there and had been a few times before. I must admit I'm struggling a bit with the lock down especially as I'm grieving so badly and preventing me from getting out, I had literally only just started to dip my toes again and the lock down happened so it's knocked my confidence again now. Never mind it was still lovely to see you 🥰🥰🥰
Oh I can’t even imagine how you’re feeling. It must be very isolating. But the clouds will lift I promise and you will gain that confidence again. It’s crappy timing, definitely. 🌈😢 sending love to you my darling xxx
So lovely to have a little catch up in these strange times but they will end at some point , we are all in this together and it’s lovely to stay in touch , your kitchen looks lovely and it’s cheered me up to see you smiling 👏🏻🌈 xx
So nice to hear your laugh and see your smile ☺️ I feel your pain with the charity shop withdrawal though. I feel you with the ‘taking stock’ of everything and the pyjama/leisure wear rotation. I do feel like this makes you stop, get off the carousel, and actually summarise life. But most importantly we’re staying safe. Massive thumbs up 👍🏻 to you though gal keeping them babies popping out safely 😍 xx
Ah what a shame or New York , we went in Oct for my 40th and it was amazing. Only thing I would say is it would be bloody hot in Aug as we were warm in October! Hopefully you get to go xx
Lovely to hear from you Emma...I'm used to being at home due to fybromyalgia and love my own company so having my son who's an assistant golf pro currently studying for his final uni exams which are luckily going ahead online so at least he will graduate if he passes...and my other half working from home is a hard adjustment for me...so I've taken to tidy out and rearrange my craft room and after 3 weeks I'm not much further forward than I was to begin with because I'm painstakingly going through every box and getting rid of all the crap lol...but I'll get there...like you a few traybakes have been made...white twix rocky road is to die for😋 definitely one for a sweet tooth but have to ration them or we will all be diabetic by the end of this haha...I just love your glass full attitude and wish more people had the same outlook... we've cancelled our holidays to Gran Canaria and Florida but they will still be there when it's safe to go same as New York and will be even more exciting when that comes😁...well Emma I better go and pop off to bed...hope you don't nod off reading this book haha...big hugs to you and yours...stay safe 🌈 xx
Great to see you back and glad you are well, huge applause 👏 to you and all your colleagues at this present time.
Hi Emma ,so lovely to see you again, and know that you and your family are ok , you NHS workers are AMAZING ... thank you xxx

Hi Emma, I’ve read that book and loved it 😊. Thanks for the video, lovely to hear from you xxxx

So,got a grocery delivery today.Left at front door.Dog had has a loaf of bread and started into a multi bag of crisps.🤣
Keep posting when you get time, love the craic.🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
The placement of the bunnies pom pom tails when you put it on your chest had me in stitches........😂😂
Oh I never even noticed 😂😂😂🙈
Lovely to see you. Glad you’re all well. Looking forward to Your kitchen tour❗️*The Bunny Bunting is gorgeous 🐰🐰🐰🐰💕*
I’m so glad you like it 🐰🐰🐰
Hey glad you listened to your son x It’s nice to here your lovely voice 👍🏻
Lovely Emma, you are a joy. Cheering us up at this difficult time.
Totally agree have been on leave so have loved spring cleaning. I'm ready to go back to my social care job with a lovely clean fresh house to come back to, so glad you are doing well.
Thankyou!! Yay to spring cleaning 🧽 😘
Hugs back to you too xxx
I’ve made the Mary Berry fork biscuit too. Really good and so easy. Don’t last long.
Hi, glad to hear you're all well. The kitchen looks lovely. Stay safe xx
Thankyou, you too x
Lovely Emma as always 🌸 keeping it real, making us smile 😊 you take care of you and yours 🌈 x
Lovely to 'see' you again Emma. I'm WFH so wear make up and semi decent clothes for all the Zoom meetings. I was thinking, with everyone decluttering during lockdown, there's going to be loads of nice things in the charity shops when they reopen! Stay well x
Yes that’s what I’m hoping 🤣🤣😘
thankyou Emma such a lovely little video x
Hello, I loved this chat. It was very comforting at this stressful time just to hear a 'normal' voice (aside from newscasters etc on the tv, if you get my drift). My hat is off to you and to all nurses and doctors. Thank you 💕
Thankyou so much! You’re welcome and hope you’re staying safe too x
I've missed you so much!! Thanks for sharing! 🌺
😘😘😘🌈☕️🌿
So nice to hear your laugh and see your smile ☺️ I feel your pain with the charity shop withdrawal though. I feel you with the ‘taking stock’ of everything and the pyjama/leisure wear rotation. I do feel like this makes you stop, get off the carousel, and actually summarise life. But most importantly we’re staying safe. Massive thumbs up 👍🏻 to you though gal keeping them babies popping out safely 😍 xx
Great to see u Emma .
Great work what u are doing ...
Missing the Chazza shops Emma......sure u are too xx
Glad to see and hear you and that you’re all ok. Stay safe and stay well xxx
Hi Emma really lovely to hear what you've been upto. Im currently reading 'little flower shop by the sea' it's right up my street too. Xx
Gorgeous, you should do a kitchen tour - Just lovely to hear your cheerful voice and funny comments again - Take care all of you x
Lovely to see you again! Thought you had been so busy working ❤️xx
