The court only ruled on jurisdiction, d substantive suit was not touched, d Apeal court declared it is only Federal High Court has jurisdiction to declare d 27 defected seats.
I thought you said the Appeal court judgment favour you, why appealing a judgement that is in your favour?

There's no need to appeal anything at the Supreme Court until the substantive matter has been heard by the Federal High Court, which in fact has jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Kogi State House of Assembly never elongated elected Chairmen tenure, so stop jumping up and down, immediate d elected Chairmen tenure expired, Kogi State Government appointed Caretaker Chairmen for 6 months to avoid avoid vacuum.
