- I have strong confidence in the judiciary and the appeal court and I hope that this injustice will be reversed by the justices of the appeal court.

Double nomination of Shettimah was struck out based on that it's a party issue and now Imo state PEPT has ruled to sack Ikenga based on party issue.
As an APC supporter , I feel without proof that uzodima is behind this. They want to disqualify Ugo base on technicalities of the law not that he lost at the poll.
Uzodima is a strong & powerful member of APC , so prepare to go to supreme court.

The Laughable thing here is that the Tribunal is not even sitting where they should sit, and they want to disqualify a winner for not organising a primary election in a particular venue due to insecurity issues

What power of jurisdiction does a court in Nassarawa to nullify an election that happened in Imo state? So I can go to a bush in Imo State and nullify Kano State Governor's election? I do not know this man, Ogochinyere. The ruling of nomination these days has been that another party cannot challenge the nomination of candidates in another party.
This same court in 2019 ruled in favour of PDP in Rivers State when they took the APC candidate to court that he was not properly nominated by his party,the Court ruled in favour of PDP and the APC candidate was disqualified from partaking in the election.
I don’t think u listen to the judgement or you are just giving your own narratives. The judgement was that he rightly declined his candidacy for senator while accepting the VP! Don’t twist the narrative to suit yourself!
