Nate, Lana and NC Cheren VS Noland's Plucky Punches [Pokémon Masters EX]

Not too bad.
Noland's main gimmick is that you must avoid being hit by him at all costs, as he'd either OHKO you with Fissure, or use a +10 Physical Move up next boosted Earthquake combined with a sure crit and piercing blows which ignores passive skills to obliterate practically anyone. All that, and Noland starts with -3 sync countdown and he can accelerate this by one per sync until he can sync every other turn
However, a saving grace here is that he has really low HP, and since NC Cheren is so strong, he can melt him pretty easily. Nate is there mostly for the memes, but he serves an important purpose with his Fly uses to avoid either the Earthquake or Fissure. Lana has Wide Guard which can nullify one Earthquake use. The more mprs Lana gets to block these, the better
Sync with Lana first but make sure to quad-queue Wide Guard in time
