The wattage highly depends on the battery capacity. Fully drain a phone's battery and then charge it to see the maximum output of a charger. Even official chargers throttle the wattage when the phone's battery is nearly full.
You should check chargers from ERD and MAC. I just bought ERD 25 watt charger at Rs 350 from offline market wholeseller. Normally you can get it for Rs 400-450 from local shops.. These are best and actually charge at 25 watt

We need a good brand that doesn't explode the phone when it comes to companies like Samsung and Apple they need something special to charge properly and fast. By doing so they increase the after-box charger price.
