It's a good speech, it's the old "an eye for an eye makes the world go blind". I like Madara's speech about the duality of good and evil a bit more though.

People who go to war do it because war has been glorified as something cool and respectful, even though there is no respect in it
We should strive for understanding how to live with each other through our differences and through communication find out what each of our cultures are doing wrong, because each and every country has something to improve and the answer is usually in another country
Sometimes no country has the answer and the answer is instead in an individual that is thinking in an entirely new way
War and hatred should be left in the past where it belongs
Naruto is a one of a kind series even among anime, unfortunately watching this video spoiled a lot for u about that part, but there is an even better moment just a few episodes after this speech

Pain was wrong in this he killed almost all of the village which naruto belongs only in hate that his own village had to go in war some years ago, however it wasn't imposed by naruto's village directly, only he was being kind of jealous of naruto's village( leaf) 's peace , so naruto will in the end convince the real guy behind this guy named pain, and naruto will finally win, and they will become kind of friends, they already had a same teacher " jaraya sensei"

He wasn’t being jealous at all donzo of the leaf village literally started the war that destroyed there nation which all Shinobi knew. Idk where u got jealously 😭that’s one thing I would never think of pain is character that’s far from the truth

Pain was kinda wrong twice.
1) Humans can understand each other, however, there will be always a person or people who will think they deserve more or that they want to have more even if that mean other will have to have less or suffer.
2) They are not the same, even if Naruto also got bad experiences, at some point Pain got it a little bit worse. Unlike Pain, The lief village was one of the nations which created a war which damaged Pain's village, and also, Pain got to see his best friend die and got betrayed by the people he once trusted thanks to one man in the leaf village.
