Barranquilla Colombia is a city located on the northern coast of the country between neighboring cities Cartagena and Santa Marta. Barranquilla is known as the birthplace of Shakira and Sofía Vergara and is the host of the second largest carnival in the world.
This video is intended for people who are genuinely interested in gaining knowledge about Colombia or Travel. this is not a video to entertain people who like to watch streetwalker videos. if that is you please don't watch. I agree with you. By filming downtown your video is more authentic. I remember when the towns in Puerto Rico were just as busy but once they started opening malls the downtown areas became very isolated and many mom and pops shops went out of business.

It all depends on why you're traveling to the country, are you trying to vacation there or you trying to move there, so many different things very depending on your needs and what the city can provide

Ace I know what you mean by the energy & vitality of a city.....I havn't been to Colombia but married a woman from Kuala Lumpur many years ago & I got to love that city....plenty of energy & vitality there too, but she died with cancer some years ago after a few years marriage but however that's another story though.....this is more about energy & vitality though eh.
