This spray of water is the release of the water used to flush the entire umbilical slurry hose system, and in a way not to soak the ground in one place, but spread the load. The water will probably be sourced from a ditch close to where the slurry tank stood. Water is pumped through the umbilical into the buffer tank on the machine and is flushed and ejected as you see in the film. I hope this helps.
