I'm actually the same way. Everyone thought I was going to be terrified the first time I was on a plane and I wanted to sit by the window. I'm the same way when in a car or something and going over a bridge. It doesn't bother me nearly as much as if I were to have to walk across it.
I reckon emetophobia is probably in the top 10, realistically, it's just that people are too afraid to disclose they have it (speaking from experience!)

There's one aspect that they kept on ignoring and it messed them up greatly. These are phobias not simple fears. These are irrational by definition. They keep debating which one is a more common fear but discussing it as though it's a simple fear rather than a great irrational fear.
I'm beginning to wonder if my need to be very prepared for unknown situations is due to me having agoraphobia; perhaps my thinking this is actually me being a hypochondriac. I should ponder on this more.
