I like these nailboard tests but I came across another video which stated that the coins and nails need to be on separate levels. I tried it and it does greatly change the response. Raise the board about 2 inches and have the coin under it. That's more realistic to me.
I've been looking to get the Fisher F75 for meteorite hunting but I may just have to take a closer look at this baby if its that good in the all metal mode, especially if I get the 15 inch Nokta coil.
Awesome video really like the impact awesome machine...I heard you mention the small coil on the red racer are you talking about the 5x10 or the hockey puck coil? I have the red racer looking to get more out of it I did get the 14x10 thunder coil any suggestions?
HI,i have the cannon coil(exactly same as the thunder) if your on deeper target,tip the nose edge of coil over a target to see,if its iron,it grunts well on those do i dig or not targets. atb hh gl
Looking for an alternative to my CTX . I am looking for a really deep machine . Better than the CTX + 17inch coil if there is a deeper machine ???? To hunt our Bronze age hoard site . been looking at racer2 , Golden mask, Blisstool AKA , Is the impact deeper than these ???? Interesting test .The hoard site is very quiet .
Good Video I have a question about how this machine can search. I know your familiar with the Minelabs.. and the etrac, safari and 30/30 (not so sure about the 3030) But Minelabs have where you can choose to detect in either Conductive mode or Ferris Mode. Do the Nokta's or Racer's or even Deus... do they have that option? I know it might not be called the same, but I was just wondering, with all the modes like the Impact and Racer have... do they use any kind of conductive or ferris modes of operation? Because the Nokta's, Racers and Deus, with the videos I've seen on them... they all seem to work exactly the same. Their ID numbers will bounce around and they seem to have a lot of chatter. I'm thinking if you lower the sensitivity so the chatter goes away you will lose depth. I'm considering a purchase of the Impact.. and the Pro pack is the same price as the ML Safari. That machine too... coming from Turkey. I'm wondering if there will ever be a problem with them just disappearing with all the conflict and unrest in the Middle East. I really like the concept of the Impact as I do the Deus.. multi frequencies without having to change the coil. And lots of modes of operation. I don't much like the all wireless Deus has.. charging and updating 3 different items... coil, earphones and main control box. I know with your test machine, you prob. have a owners manual that might discuss which modes might be conductive or ferris. anyway... any thoughts from you would be very very welcome.

the machine needs a small concentric coil I wonder if the concentric coil from the gold racer will work on the Nokta impact

I think it's most helpful if you put version number in video title so later people can see it right away
