Ingredients
1 ¼ cups unsalted butter, softened
1 ¾ cups sugar
½ cup of sour cream, room temperature
5 large eggs, room temperature
2 1/2 cups or all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of crushed pineapple, drained.
1 teaspoon (15ml) vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of pineapple extract
CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
4-ounce cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Looks great--love pineapple! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thank you for sharing
