    We have some chocolate bars for 49 cents in Germany
    needless to say they are shit but people buy them alot

    Here in the Philippines? Craft chocolate is already low price but still people bargain.

      Typical traditional makers you say, but I have never seen craft chocolate in ph that is as good as this, manoa.. if you know one, can u pls tell me. I myself want to venture this industry, maybe in the near future. 😃

      As good as Manoa? We have ofcourse, we have Theo and Philo our first, then our tigre y oliva, we also have in Davao Philippines Malagos. What I’m trying to say is the truth. Have you tried Philippine Chocolate? I bet you havn’t. Btw theres no “traditional” in making craft chocolate. It must all have scientific approach

    I wish the convo about the "dark side" of chocolate was spoken about more in the industry. It's such an important topic. The more we collectively talk about this, the easier it is to distinguish our chocolate from the others and, hopefully, put an end to this (and other) longstanding unethical and unsustainable practices by the cocoa/chocolate industry.
