    I will try this tomorrow. It's been 7 days since I've started butterfly and I've found it extremely difficult.

    This is awesome, any tips on learning the co ordination of the kick?

      We're glad you like the video! The best way to explain it is to do the first kick when you're arms are fully extended in front of you, and then the second kick happens when you're pushing your hands past your hips
