I love my H450 ya i also faced lot of issue, I knew there will be issues, but still went ahead, no regrets, I hope that down the line all the issues will gets resolved
Hi bro a very informative video and above that your garage is so well organized and very neatly kept, helmets on one side and other riding gears on one side and other accessories on the mesh very nice.😊
Hello, i got my himalayan 450 2 days ago, i am travel/motovlogger and i am seeing other youtubers converting the tube tyres to tubeless with the way2speed kit, have you done it on your bike or are you considering it? Or will you opt for the cross spoke tubeless wheels when they come out? Please do reply ❤
Hey! I think I've already expressed my thoughts on it in the video. I'm not going to convert the tube tires to tubeless. I'm also not in a rush to get the cross spokes when it releases.
Tube tyres might not affect you but it puts thought that you might have to stop for an hour to fix a puncture. Yes, only few adv bikes have tube tyres but majority have tubeless one. We are used to smarphones nowadays we wouldn't go back to a landline, right? Though they have few advantages I loved the 411 but many negatives from 450 made me take 450 out of my options
An hour spent fixing the puncture is far better than canceling the whole ride and going back home right? Like I said in the video, if the rim is bent or there's a cut in the tyre and you might have to wait days to get it delivered to you? Or you might even have to cancel the ride and go back home!
@@astronautonroad1 agreed. But I wouldn't have got myself one (450) with issues (for me personally). I wouldn't cancel the ride. I would plan the ride with my existing bike if the terrain needed like a tyre swap (again based on how much percentage of the entire ride I'll deal with tarmc, how much and what kind of offroad); increase in handlebar position or different handlebars.
3:32 Two main points, high puncture in tube tyres are dangerous There are many different design patented for tubeless spoke but pure greed by those owners are limiting Motorcycle manufactures to adopt plus only ADV & Dirt bike might need these tubeless spokes. Many other bike types have already moved to alloys. But great video
Hey Gautham! How are you? I also have a Himalayan 450 and have ridden around 4000 kms. I’m pretty sure it’s starting to make that hydraulic tensioner noise you mentioned. I noticed that around 3000 kms, the sound was there but really minor, and now at 4000, it’s getting a bit louder. After seeing your video, I’m sure mine is getting louder just like yours 😅. So, what did the service center guys do to fix or reduce the noise in your bike? I’ve seen a lot of UA-cam videos saying that as you put more kilometers on the Himalayan 450, the noise gets louder. Any advice?
I've not noticed the noise getting louder. It rarely makes that noise and as soon as you start moving it fades away. Take it to the service centre and get it diagnosed man. If it is making the same noise as mine then it shouldnt be much of an issue I guess.
I don't mind a big major problems once a year or once in 6 7 months but small minor problems every new month is kinda headache to me, this bike has lots of minor problems as well as major problems
Love your enthusiasm, great bike, great fun. Do you still rate the 411 after riding the 450? Oh...what is the new price on the road in India, for both? Thanks 👍
Thank you. I think the 411 holds it's value even now but cannot be compared with the 450 I think. RE have fixed everything I felt could be improved on the 450. It's just that the engine behaves differently.
I’m watching from australia one question for you mate ,have you ever heard of any 450 ride by wire failed in indea ,no one wants to get stranded in the middle of nowhere ,can you answer my question please be honest mate
Hey Jimmy, no, I haven’t heard of any ride-by-wire issues on the Himalayan 450 yet. It’s been a reliable machine for me so far. Just to clarify, I don’t work for Royal Enfield and I’m not particularly biased toward them, so you can trust my opinion. Thanks a lot for watching, I really appreciate the support!
You have an awesome garage my friend. Everything is so organised it is giving ASMR vibes
Thank you so much 🤗
Now im going to book a Himalayan 450 peacefully 😊❤
Oh yes😍

Hey Kevin. Thank you. Some people asked me to do a tour of the Garage.😄 it's a very tiny space. So easy to manage. I'm glad you liked it😊
Thank you Goutham really like all your videos.😊
I wish they had been this attentive on the suspension for the int 650..
Oh yes.

Why do you think the dirtbikes and the Offroad going ADVs don't have tubeless spokes then?

Did you also face right side pulling issue.
I see many youtubers facing this issue in their bikes?
No. I did not face that issue. Like I mentioned in the video, royal enfield really have to work on their consistency.
Is the suspension better than BMW GS 310?
No comparison! 310 Gs has the worst suspension in the segment imo!
Get the engine head changed under warranty & the noise issue will get resolved
Oops.

Reliability is still an issue. I hope they fixes it
@@astronautonroad1 yeaa and the technical expert or the mechanics in my state from the RE are not really professional(Tripura)
Bro, 30Kmpl milega, is it from the odometer or have you actually calculated it from tank to tank using a calculator?
Not from the Odo. I calculated myself.
Love your enthusiasm, great bike, great fun.

Hey that engine noise is from the head… it will be present until oil reaches the head I guess
Are you sure? Then why is it not coming everytime I start the engine?
@@astronautonroad1 Also I have seen other experts saying it’s because of BS6 regulations and it’s normal

Difference betwen odo mileage and tank to tank?
Haven't really checked that. Like I said I'm not too worried about the mileage.
bro my pronouns are He/him . not they/ them hahhahahah xD
Haha. Didn't know that you've subscribed here.
