@@making.katcha I’m seeing your channel, I have some On-Page SEO Problem in your UA-cam Channel. On-Page SEO Means Your Video Title,Tag,Descriptions optimized. You are not using High Volume and Low competitions keyword research according to your video content.

Scheduling is such great advice. My problem is that my tasks are often problem solving and unbounded in scope (unless I put in a hard constraint on time before I move on). Not all my tasks are like this, but many are, and regardless of whether I find the task interesting or not it's always a challenge to get started.

I can see why it would be harder for you to start if your tasks are based on problem solving. I wonder if it would still be possible to break it down into smaller action items

Thank you for this! There were so many nice points here I love the visualisation part... How would you feel after 2 hours of working on the task?

i studied so hard for biology and got a 70%. the class average was a 68% WITH a 5 point curve. mind you, i studied 12 hours a week for biology alone, not even counting the 4 other classes i am taking. and i basically scored average, as if i had never studied until right before the exam. i feel so devastated. stuff like this makes me feel as though hard work doesn't actually get you to the top and that most success boils down to luck and raw talent. do you have advice? i'm feeling discouraged about studying now

Hey friend! It is normal to feel disappointed when we put a lot of time and effort into something and don't see the outcome we had hoped for. You seem like someone who takes their studies seriously and has the ability to study for long periods, which is not easy for everyone! Many people (including myself) would admire your perseverance and effort. I hope you don't let one test score define you. If you see this as a pattern though, maybe you can explore ways to study smarter and not harder. How can you make use of your time to improve your comprehension of the topic? You got this :)
