She's really amazing: A true gem! Musicality, sheer beauty of the voice, top-notch technique and stunning good looks! And so much better than a certain other Russian diva (although I hate comparisons). And not an inch of vulgarity as can be the case ... A blessing. I hope she'll be tackling and stick to the right repertoire: That's the number one condition to lead a long career.
I have never heard of this soprano before and so I am blown away by this glorious spinto coloratura! I FAR prefer her to her compatriot with the same kind of voice and yet this lady's voice really excites me! Her bel canto is a bit ponderous but I'm sure someone can school her in how to make it lighter and frothier and so making her even MORE exciting. Brava.

Where's this side of Olga? The sound used to be so easy and much more pleasing to the ear. Aside from a few technical mistakes and I've only caught those because I'm listening carefully.
She's a great coloratura... She did well singing this song in her own interpretation... Yes, I do believe her heavy coloratura voice is a bit heavy for this song but regardless, she did ok with her own way delivery... Russia seems to create some great Sopranos- Her & Anna Netrebko... Love them both! :-)
She does a nice enough job on a very difficult aria, borrowing ideas from others..e.g. Sills. She has more in the bottom that many in this voice weight, but I am still not totally pleased. The voice is very forward, in the head, non resonant.
Fake coloratura and serious pitch issues...she needs proper training; live, she's even worse....so light and tiny, even if she tries to thicken her voice, artificially and the low notes are spoken. The interpretation itself is not interesting; she has no musical taste nor ideas to bring some interesting new ornamentations and the tempo is pretty slow, which makes it even more boring but that's the only way she can sort of cope with coloraturas; still many serious problems. At the end, those breaks in the upper passaggio really annoy me...and she's also given up on words....some "vieni"are replaced with "a aa a". Horror. No meaning.
The coloratura is not precise enough for this type of aria and the timber is not interesting enough to "cover up"the musical mistakes. Therefore, her interpretation is bland and tasteless, apart from the obvious technical faults. Where are the good teachers?
