Thank you! Always great to see you in the comments. If I can’t find a match online, I reach out to Angelus’ live chat and they point me towards a good base color. From there I just tweak it with whatever I have. Also use outdoor lighting to compare the color.
@Ryan_7389 The difference is how shiny it looks after you paint it. Flat has no shine to it. It doesn’t matter because you’ll have to spray a finisher on at the end.

Hey, you should use Angelus flat white leather paint. All my materials are listed in the description if you want to check them out.

How do you color match paint?
Takes practice, but starting with a color that closely resembles your end color is the best start.
Do you resell the shoes when you finish?
Yes, but I’m mainly looking for shoes I can make tutorials on. If you want to flip shoes, they should require less work.
