Put it this way. If severe weather and fog caused the crash then all 3 choppers would be affected. Why only one chopper crashed. And worst still, when the other 2 choppers lost contact with Raisi's chopper they went back into the bad weather to look for it. So, they were able to navigate search for the loss chopper in bad weather which meant the weather dudn't cause the crash.
