- ICC Chief prosecutor Karim Khan has defended seeking arrest warrants for Israeli leaders. In an interview with CNN, Khan revealed how ‘hothead’ mature American leader threatened him over arrest warrant. Karim Khan further made it clear that the International Criminal Court will go ahead with the warrant.

India and China dislike one another to put it mildly, China is in the process of turning Russia into a heavily dependant vassal state economically, Brazil is Brazil and South Africa is broke. Basically a Court of Justice is there to determine whether an accused is guilty of an offense or not . The role of the ICC is to ensure that the procedures and the rules of war are respected or not . Nobody should be an exception in the eyes of the Law . Those accused of alleged war crimes are entitled to justify their actions . In fact they have the golden opportunity to clear their good name. Those who are defying or threatening the ICC are not serious and need not preempt the verdict of the Court . They must remember that the world needs peace and justice and acting like vociferous thugs does not serve any purpose. In all fairness let justice be done .
