Two Out Of Control Golden Doodles Completely Transformed In 3 Weeks

Well Peeps... Arlo & Finley, the high strung, spooky Doodle-Duo, are now back home with their family, after spending 3 weeks with us learning how to control their impulses and cultivate a more stable state of mind.
Both pups came to us with major processing issues. Fin was prescribed Trazedone to dull his anxiety and inability to regulate. And both Doods had one heaping pile of insecurity to overcome. Pair this with hyper-arousal, and BAM! You have two dogs that feed off of each others anxiety and begin to explode or panic at new or novel things. Both of these nervy kiddos would much rather bark their heads off at, or run and hide from their concerns, than engage or work through them! At 70lbs each, you can see why this was becoming a major concern!
Now both Doodles are equipped with the ability to self-regulate and make better choices when distractions are at their highest. Their parents now have the knowledge to follow through with their obedience and continue to pattern them for CALM behavior so that they can have the everywhere dogs they’ve always wanted! All it takes is a bit of practice to master the tools, and not feeling mean for imposing structure and boundaries around the house. We all can Leary e how desperate these two were for it! And the total turnaround that has been made possible because of it!
They have two great dogs on their hands, and both Fin and Arlo have two total rockstars for parents! They are going to have an amazing life together!
