It’s a four bedroom house with a pool. It’s enclosed. They have a rental car ON SITE if you need etc. I’ve used several Airbnbs in the states and it would be more here. I think it’s priced appropriately and maybe even underpriced.

@@markzipe7594 I don't exactly know. It was posted 300 dollars per night by someone in the comments section; thus, my response. However, if I should hazard a guess, I would say the 300 dollars involves the room and the entire suite of amenities that the house offers. There could be a charge for using the swimming pool, but I am not sure.

I am glad you stated that it is your top choice.because there are others that are better, though this one is beautiful it is not centrally located. One will have to deal with traffic. The rental car is a bonus but Accra driving is crazy and not the faint at heart so get a driver if it can come with one.

Support ur own, anything like this located centrally will be more expensive. If u have anything to do early in the morning, just wake up early. Adenta to Accra central without traffic should not be more than 35 minutes @Pram Accra
@@revelationat2g1 Airbnbs located in Accra Ghana are mostly owned by Ghanaians so they too need our support. We can’t say don’t support the locals.

Well, that's a nice looking place. I know it's not cheap with all of those amenities but you get what you pay for.
This villa accommodates 8 people so it makes it very cheap when u are splitting the bill.
@@nubianvilla1464 Yes, go black mention something along those lines. I usually travel with very few people and if we find a nice place that's expensive and we like it then we pay for it. I will definitely keep your villa in mind as I do plan to come to Ghana soon. Thank you for your response.

Airbnb in Ghana is so expensive
You get better deals in Thailand and Indonesia… 500 dollars for 3 weeks living like royal but you’ll never get such offer in Ghana. And they only charge dollars on the app. I compared the amount to accommodation in Australia and found that it was same rate … how can a developing country like Ghana charge same rate as developed countries … it’s just sad

Is this Ghanaian owned? Also, I saw someone post that it cost $250 US. per night. I'm hoping that's not per person because that would be just ridiculous. If that costs covers the entire Villa per night, then that is quite reasonable.

It's good for an AirBnB. Don't like the sheer curtains or the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms though.
